The company Agromeli is managed in accordance with integrated system of management. In practice, the employees of the company use unified internal organisational approaches when preparing and executing constructions; this ensure the quality of production preparation, supplies, coordination and management of construction.

We are holders of following certificates:

• – management quality system CSN EN ISO 9001:2001;
• – environment management system CSN EN ISO 14001:2005;
• – safety of operation system OHSAS 18001:1999.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Efficiency and management of all proceedings within organization is ensured by determination of indicators for each proceedings, subsequent monitoring and application of internal audits. Subsequent determination of improvement measurements and preventive measurements ensures continual improvement of these proceedings.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

It emphasizes coordination of all of our activities with environmental aspects and applicable legislation. Management identifies all impacts on environment, considers their importance an regularly interprets achieved results and adopts improvement measures.

SAFETY OF OPERATION MANAGEMENT

Health and life protection is considered as primary obligation for active formation of optimal working conditions. It is not only an internal issue of the company, but it is also a goal of management that customers and general public perceived it. Safety and health protection of all employees is a primary principle of management activities and is systematically transferred into the daily-life of all employees by regular training.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITES CULTURE MANAGEMENT

We are aware of the possible negative impacts on life of wide general public when carrying out all demanding investment projects. Therefore, we always take into account all aspects of possible impacts of our activities, such as:

Economic
The costs arising form road blockades, the costs arising to the participant of traffic in the location of construction works (lower speed of vehicles, higher consumption of fuels), the costs arising from increase of traffic accidents, the costs of commercial profit (blocked or restrained access of supply vehicles and/or customers to the shops).

Social – environmental
Increase of dust content, noise, exhaust emissions from machines and slowly passing cars, increase of stress situations with regards to the population, and/or increased danger of fall into temporary secured gaps, aggravates condition for supply of houses, etc.
